Welcome to Fancy Farm Manor Doodles
Meet the Burgharts!

Welcome to our family! We are a loving Christian family blessed with eight adopted children, five of whom are now thriving adults and have gifted us with six beautiful grandchildren. Our two youngest, Isaiah and Jalin, continue to fill our home with joy as they navigate their teenage and college years. Our journey has not been without heartache; we lost our beloved daughter Marissa Faith to a rare and aggressive brain cancer shortly after her eighth birthday. With a deep passion for special needs adoptions, we cherish our diverse family, which includes children from Kansas, China, and Guatemala, and we advocate for the transformative power of therapy dogs for those with special needs and PTSD.
We are Passionate about Developing Well-Rounded Healthy Puppies
We focus on creating a loving and nurturing environment for our puppies. Our home is their home, where they receive personalized attention focused on socialization, problem solving skills, and temperaments ideal for therapeutic needs. We believe raising puppies with children is crucial for proper socialization, enriching the puppies' lives, and preparing them for their future families.

Many of our adopted children have had special needs. We have seen the effect that a well-bred puppy can provide to a family with special needs. Therefore, we are committed to giving back to our community by offering reduced fees for special needs children and adults when affording a puppy is not possible. If you or your family have special needs and difficulty affording a puppy, please feel free to reach out and we will do our best to work with you.

Our Puppy Raising Program
Socialization and Enrichment
Puppies are raised with Early Neurological Stimulation and Scent Introduction. Exposure programming modified from the Puppy Culture Method and Badass Breed.

Breeder Experience
We have been breeding dogs for more than 15 years. We continue to refine our program to ensure the best outcomes for our puppies.

Genetic Disease Testing
Prior to breeding, adult dogs undergo genetic testing for dozens of genetic diseases to ensure they do not pass on illnesses to puppies.

Program Transparency
We post weekly videos and photos to social media to update our families as the puppies grow and learn new skills!

Physical Exam Screenings
Adult dogs must pass phenotypic screening using PennHip and OFA assessments. Tests include: Hips, elbows, patellas, CAER eyes, and cardiac exams.
